Victor Katsande holds a BSc in Media and Society Studies from Midlands State University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Strategic Communication from the same institution. Additionally, he's pursuing an LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from Unisa.
With over 20 years of experience in the banking sector, Victor Katsande currently serves as a banker. He is affiliated with the Zimbabwe Allied Bankers and Workers Union and holds the position of Organizing Secretary for the Harare Branch.
Victor Katsande demonstrates a strong interest in civil society, advocating for its crucial role in fostering accountability, transparency, and citizen participation in governance. He actively champions workers' rights within the banking sector, striving for fair working conditions, improved wages, and overall employee well-being. As the Organizing Secretary of the Harare Branch of the Zimbabwe Allied Bankers and Workers Union, he plays a pivotal role in coordinating union activities and representing the concerns of bank employees in Harare.
